The Process
Boards after dimension ripping on table saw and cut to length
Post jointing and planing to identical thicknesses
Glue up and clamping with 90 degree brackets and parallel clamps. Biscuits added to each joint for enhanced stability and strength
Finished frame is oiled with two coats (ArmRSeal) and waxed for a slight sheen and soft feel
